This is a easy and amazing way to get some flavor going on for Best Tofu.

Make the Marinade:
3 TBLS Balsamic Vinegar
3 TBLS Olive Oil
1 TBLS Worcestershire Sauce
3 TBLS Soy Sauce
1 TSP Sugar
1 TSP Season It All
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Black Pepper
Cube the Extra Firm Tofu, your favorite brand.
Put in the marinade and gently mix it up!
Place the tofu and the marinade in a 8×8 or 9×9 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 – 35 min.
After its out of the oven pan fry the tofu in 3 TBLS of olive oil, and a Medium High Heat. This will caramelize and brown the tofu, and do saute for about 5 min. Try not to burn.
Its Ready! Use this tofu for Noodle dishes, or an added protein to pasta dishes like they make at Noodles & Co.
