Grilled Mushroom Swiss Burger with baked Seasoned French Fries.
1 Large Baking Potato Cut julienne cut or so
SEASON IT ALL – Seasoning Salt
Spray the baking sheet with the oil. Line up the cut fries, and spray them with just a little oil.
Sprinkle with SEASON IT ALL. Bake at 375 – 400 for 15 – 20 min. Or until Golden brown. Sprinkle with more SEASON IT ALL Right before Serving.
Mushroom Swiss Veggie Burger:
1 MorningStar Original Grillers.
Saute about 1 cup sliced mushrooms in 1 TBLS EVOO, season with about 1/2 tsp SEASON IT ALL. Add 1 TBLS Vegan Margarine. Saute for 5-8 min on a Med to Low Heat.
Grill the Veggie Patty seasoned well with SEASON IT ALL. Once Hot, Top / Mound with Sauted mushrooms, and top with 2 slices of Swiss Cheese.
Server on a toasted bun with a touch of Just Mayo.
