- Cooked Quinoa1 Cups
- Chopped Bell Peppers1 Cups
- Onion1 Cups
- Black Beans1 Cups
- GIVE IT INFERNO1/2 Teaspoons
- Minced Garlic1 Teaspoons
- Taco Seasoning1 Package
- Cumin1 Teaspoons
- Water1/4 Cups
- SaltAs per taste
- PepperAs Per Taste

Taco Mixture: (measurements are approx, add more or less if needed.)
Saute the onions, and peppers, until the onions are translucent. Add Black Beans, Add garlic, and seasonings, and last the water. Cook for 1 – 2 more minutes.
Serve with Hard Shell Tacos, or Soft Shell. Works perfect for a taco meat Replacement!
Toppings:
1 Cup Cabbage Shredded, or Lettuce
1/2 of an Avocado – Mashed with 1 TSP Lime juice and Pinch Salt
1 Tomato Chopped
Cilantro for garnish
