Tomato Basil and Garlic Pasta- Like Noodles & Company with Tofu!


EVOO (Olive Oil)
2 Tablespoons
Tomato Chopped
Garlic finely Minced
2-3 cloves
Fresh Basil - Cut in Chiffinade style
2 Tablespoons
As per taste
As per Taste
Parmesan cheese for Top
Several cubes of Tofu - Noodles Style Tofu

Preparation mode:

A delicious Noodles Dish – Easy Dinner

Cooked Pasta – My favorite is Linguine

To Do:
Cook Pasta according to Pkg.
Reserve about 1/2 Cup of Pasta Water after its cooked.
Make Sure to Salt the Water as it is the only time Noodles get flavor. Should taste like the sea.

Saute the Tofu in EVOO, until a bit browned. Add a good amount of noodle. Add Tomato, Add about 1/4 cup of the reserved pasta water, add garlic. Saute for 1 min. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Serve with shredded Parmesan cheese on top.
