Great for pizza, slice for crackers and cheese, or sandwiches.

I chopped it up for sausage gravy and biscuits, and frittatas, or Lasagna, or any Italian Dish. Make homemade Ravioli.

The options are endless. The taste is spot on.

Vegan Italian Sausage – Small Batch

1/2 Cup Vital Wheat Gluten
2 TBLS Flour
2 TBLS Nutritional Yeast
1/2 TBLS Paprika
1 TSP Corriander Ground
1 TSP Fennel Ground
1/2 TSP Anise Ground
1/4 TSP Sage
1/2 TSP Smoked Paprika
1/2 TSP Red Flakes
1/2 TSP Course Black Pepper
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1 TSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Kosher Salt
1 TSP Parsley
1 TSP Basil
1 TSP Oregano
1 TSP Fennel
2 TSP Sugar
1/4 TSP Ground Thyme
1 TSP Vinegar Powder
1/2 TSP Soy Sauce Powder
1/4 TSP Smoke Powder

1/3 cup water + 1 TBLS Extra
1 TBLS TVP Soaked in the water
1 1/2 TBLS Oil

Steam in sausage rolls, rolled in saran wrap and in tin foil for 45 min. When rolling in saran wrap, wrap tight, and twist both ends tightly to form a nice tight sausage roll.
